Frank started Kitchen Buyers Outlet in September 1993 with his wife Elizabeth. He is also an independent representative for Millbrook Custom Kitchens, a national cabinet manufacturer. Frank has over 34 years of experience in the kitchen business and as a kitchen designer with over 6000 completed kitchens to his credit locally. Frank's territory includes Long Island , NY , Brooklyn , NY , and Queens , NY and the east coast of Florida . Frank has resided in the Capital District his whole life and takes pride in developing the economy of the region. He and his wife have two children and three grandchildren.

Elizabeth Sanderson

Before starting Kitchen Buyers Outlet, Betty has been in all phases of the kitchen industry for over 23 years, and worked as a designer for 12 years at Millbrook Custom Kitchens. Her qualification and experiences rank as one of the best designer in the Capital District Area. She has been a past officer of the Tri-State chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. She has done many distinctive designs for some of the most exquisite kitchens in the area. She specializes in creating unique look for all of her clients. One of her most recent project was the Vanguard Designers Showhouse, which she has been participating in for the past 3 years. Many of her clients become good friends and consider her an advisor for many home projects. She has not forgotten that price has to be competitive, no matter how elaborate the design.

Sarah Conley
Kitchen Design Specialist

Sarah has been a kitchen designer since 1988 and has a degree in interior design. After the birth of her twin girls she joined Frank and Elizabeth at Kitchen Buyers Outlet, adding her experience as a designer and her focus on function and practicality. She offers hand rendering drawings as well as computer-aided work. She has a special talent for creating space and providing her clients with a pleasing, comfortable working, and living environment. Sarah shares her knowledge of kitchen designs in occasional articles and classes, locally, and enjoys developing accessible space using universal design principles. Sarah lives in Niskayuna with her husband Rich and their daughters.

Bob has been in the kitchen business for 35 years as the former owner of the Kepner and Sons Kitchen and Bath Center and Lifetime Custom Builder, with two of his sons, Mark and Eric Kepner. He has run showrooms in Cohoes and Mechanicville , NY . He has been associated with Frank for 20 years. Frank was Bob's Millbrook Custom Kitchens factory representative for many years and Bob install kitchens for Kitchen Buyers Outlet as well as Millbrook Custom Kitchens. Although Bob doesn't install kitchen anymore he still receives calls from former clients to do work for them. Bob and his wife Janice have four children and eight grandchildren and a lifetime resident of Troy .
